ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm Nikki

Educator in the Making, Pastry Chef of the Past

As a young individual passionate about expressing creativity, making beautiful desserts was a dream. I thrived behind a pallet knife, but turning a hobby into a career dimmed the light on my dream.

In a need for change, I enrolled and started classes through Mohawk College in their Continuing Education: Educational Support course. Growing up in schools with strong Special Needs programs and interacting with those students, really inspired me to make the change. Having these students in my daily classes, and some my teammates, really showed me that everyone is included and those students are so deserving of a strong education system.
